Hi I am a NY filler, Queens NY.
I would like some advise about my case! I received a RFIE in January for Birth Certificate and Tax Transcrips from the petitioner (I just sent the W2) I am doing without lawyer. They received my response Jan 24th and since then no updated in my case. Should I resend the documents for RFIE again? Or just wait? I see a lot of posts they update the cases 5 days or 1 week after they receive the response. Any advise?
