This morning, while I was checking the case status using the receipt number my fingerprints receipt number, shows " On May 11, 2020, we sent a request for initial evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC2091056720. The request for evidence explains what we need from you. We will not take action on your case until we receive the evidence or the deadline to submit it expires. Please follow the instructions in the request for evidence.". Any idea what this might be?
My application was sent on April 22nd to the NBC service center. And all the other receipt numbers for I-130,I-765, I-485 shows "Case was Received".
I am confused. Please let me know if anyone seen the same thing with their application.
