RFIE...
Hi everyone,
I want to know if someone has ever been or is in my situation, I filed all the forms required for the green card through marriage.
I sent the affidavit of support form with only my joint sponsor's taxes and w2's thinking it would be enough but I just received a RFIE for my husband taxes and W2's.
Now the issue is that my husband hasn't filed taxes in 5 years... smh
Well now its obvious that he has to file for these years because my green card depends on it, they need to receive his taxes and w2's by March we are almost mid january and im stressing out that we wont receive transcripts on time.
Anyone has ever been in this case ?
