RFIE for I-693,
Hi Everyone,
I need your guys support/help. Please advise at your earliest convenience.
My case status for I-485 changed to "RFIE has been sent" this morning. I am not 100% sure what they would be asking, but based on what i have been reading on this forum, my speculation is they would be asking for I-693. Interesting thing is i already submitted the I-693 form with my package. But i have seen people getting RFIE for I-693 even they submitted it already.
Anyway my question to the group is, Do i need to get a new form I-693 from the Doctor? Or Can the doctor re-sign using the pre-existing test data he collected last time? Please respond based on your experiences, as to what is required and acceptable?
