RFIE notice
Hello my dear pole. I need a little help regarding this.
AOS based on marriage to a USC.
On Sept.14, 2017 I raised a 2ND SR regarding the reviewing of the RFIE response sent to USCIS since over 60 days. Then on Sept.26, 2017 I got an email from USCIS stating that a recent action was taken on my case I-485 AOS receipt number MSC **** **** **, they had mailed me another RFIE and they put my file on hold until they receive the response to their request. In the mail they invited me also to check my case status online. I did checked the case status on the USCIS website and practically said same thing as the email. But the weird thing is on the case history part there are two notes, the 1st one said " on Sept.26, 2017 your inquiry referral number SR **** **** ***HIA, was completed" and the 2nd one said " on Sept.26, 2017 we sent you a response to your inquiry referral number SR **** **** ***HIA"
I'm really confused and stressed right now, did they sent me another RFIE request or the response to my case inquiry?Did anybody else has the same experience? Will really really appreciate if you share.
