RFIE Response Review USCIS processing times?
Hello my dear Pple!
AOS based on Marriage to a USC
Field office Hialeah, FL
PD - 04/20/2017
FP done: 06/21/2017 , Since that nothing else.
I got a RFIE for my AOS that was for (copy Birth Certificate, I-864 Affidavit petitioner & Joint sponsor and copy I-94). Got RFIE on June 12, 2017. I responded them on July 5,2017. They updated the case status say " On July 11, 2017., we received your response to our Request for Initial Evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjustment of Status, Receipt Number MSC **** **** **** *. Our National Benefit Service Center will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."
Raised a SR on Aug. 3rd that is never assigned to an officer for processing.
Today is DAY 60 since submitting the RFIE response.
Any idea, Advise what can i do? how long will USCIS take to make a decision?
