Hi guys,
I would like to share my recent experience about the interview today.
I'm citizen and my wife is F1 status (until she received EAD)
We have been married since December 2918, PD is Dec 9, 2016.
Interview today August 25, 2017.
The interviewer called my wife in first ask her the questions for about 15 minutes after that he called me in.
Asked the same questions. We answer pretty much the same thing.
We were Interview about 40 minutes. He said he would need to review our case and will request additional documents (I-20 and my wife Bank statement).
It is frustrated that we didn't get approved at the first place, but hopefully we will get approve after they review our requested documents that will be sent out when I received the letter from the officer.
Is anyone have any idea or have been in the similar situation?
