Dead silence till March 03th 2020 when i got an RFE requesting for proof of legal employment since i was include in my affidavit of support
May 30th, today, employment authorisation approved and card in production.
Note that i filed i130 in july of 2018 because at that time my spouse was not yet a USC. my i130 was approved in california service center on jan 17th 2020.
I think i had a delay because i did not file concurrently so they had to wait for one to be approved before proceeding with the other. My RFE was sent on March 12th and USCIS recieved it on march 14. Salt lake city please share your timelines. I rarely see someone adjuating status from here, but their wait time is as long as New York city. smh
