Got my EAD on August 2018
Renewed my EAD ON August 2019
Interview schedules August 13th 2019
Got my new EAD on April 2020 for a Year
When we go to the interview to USCIS Sacramento office they said they had to canceled the interview because they didn’t get my case file to their office and said they requested for my case file and will reschedule the interview in 30 days. But it’s been a year since I heard from USCIS no update yet. Recent;y I’ve check the case processing time and I came to know that it’s out of processing time. I called the USCIS customer care and they submitted a service request and got reply saying that "we are still reviewing your case and we will let you know if we made any decision" it’s been showing like that from longtime. I’m scared now that my case is stuck at somewhere and not sure what to do. It’s really making me worry that don’t know when I can hear from again and when they will schedule the interview. In the Bay Area specially in San Francisco the processes is moving so slow. Please help me In this what I can do from my end and also pls let me know if any one from San Francisco filers.
