Hello,
My PD is July 17, 2017 NYC (Manhattan). I just got my interview notice on the mail last night. On January 12, 2019, we scheduled an interview for your Form I485. My interview is next month on February 28, 2019.
I have few questions and concerns. Well first of all I am NOT doing my medicals again. I did them back on June 2017 and they are valid for 2 years now. I have few USCIS websites that explains how the new law or rule works. They have to validate them, because medicals are about \$500 around my city. But I heard something about the Flu Shot, should I do the Flu Shot since I don't have it???
We have a 2 years old baby and we wanted to bring him to the interview but the letter mentioned that "you do not need to bring your children" I am not sure if we should bring him in. Did any one bring their children to the interview?
Another thing the letter said "Original and copy of each supporting document that you submitted with your application. Other wise we may keep your originals for our records" I didn't make copies of the documents I submitted on my application back in July 2017. But I am bringing a lot of evidence and all the paper work I have saved since day 1 (originals and copies).
Anything else that I should bring please feel free to "reply" and share your experience.
Thank you so much and good luck Everyone.
