'Scheduled for interview' while pending RFE??
So I have been awaiting my EAD for 110 days. I called at 104 days and raised an SR request. I called again today and they said a letter was mailed out to me - I have just received the with an RFE dated 25th March which I apparently never responded to!! I never received it! I received my NOAs Bio and medical reminder - Not this RFE!
So needless to say I'm fuming. Office is now closed of course.
What I don't understand is why the RFE is dated 25th March yet my 1-485 has been 'scheduled for interview' since March 29th. So I was thinking all was fine - and I absolutely was never sent the RFE.
They are requesting the most recent tax return from husband. Our P/D date is 23rd Jan. We sent tax year 2015 as 2016 not done (extension till Oct) are they expecting 2016 taxes for those filing in January 17?
Going crazy...and now office closed....any ideas?
