Hello guys,
I and my wife filed I485, I765, I131 under EB3. We are currently living in Seattle, Washington, US. This is my timeline:
File I485, I765, I131: 10/20/2016
Notice of Receipt I485, I765, I131: 10/23/2016
Notice of Bio for me and my wife: 10/28/2016
Approval of I765 only for my wife: 11/07/2016 . I am the dependent.
I and my wife, Bio done: 11/15/2016
My wife, EAD Card received: 11/21/2016
We have not received any update. I noticed that some Texas guy got REF in just 8 weeks and got I765 and I131 approved in only 8 weeks as well. And I485 approved in just 10 weeks.
It is weird that my wife's I765 got approved even before Bio.
My questions is:
1. I and my wife is F1 visa. Should we terminate F1 status if we get EAD card and/or AP travel Permit?
2. Can anyone explain why my wife got I765 approved and my I765 is still pending?
3. How long do I expect to wait for the next update?
