Hello everyone, I have asked this question before and I am asking again. Does anyone who has been denied or knows anyone who has been denied I-485 and I-130 based on marriage fraud, submitted a second application with the same spouse and got approved. Yes, I know once you denied and charged fraud, it is ban for you, but not technically with the same spouse. This is my second application with my husband and we are waiting for interview to be scheduled. I am a Dallas filer.
