I sent SR today, my PD is Dec. 5, 2016 and til now no update for my EAD card...
This is what they replied for my SR:

USCIS will review and process the request
Expect a reply by March 15, 2017
Your request ID number is SR **** **** **** **MSC
so now i have to wait till march 15, 2017 before i get an answer...
waiting is very frustrating...
