Separate update when interview notice is mailed?
Hi everyone. Yesterday I posted about how I received an update last week (Oct. 28) saying that the interview was scheduled and a letter containing the date/details would be mailed, but we still haven't received it. My wife spoke with USCIS today and the agent said that the letter still had not been mailed, so she could not provide the date.
Has anyone had an agent provide the date under similar circumstances? Maybe we just got an inexperienced agent. Also, is there an additional update on the USCIS account website when the interview letter is not actually mailed?
