Hey guys,
Can someone help me understand this, so on August 15th my service request was assigned to an officer for response and i didn't get any updates until yesterday when i checked i found that on August 20th your service request currently not assigned for processing. I'm confused because it was assigned and then not assigned. What does it mean? maybe the officer who was assigned just put it back and decide not to respond or what?
