Hi all: I am trying to submit a service request (case outside normal processing time) but when I submit it, it says:
ROUTING COULD NOT BE DETERMINED DUE TO AN INVALID RECEIPT NUMBER.
I did couple of times before this but this is strange?? Any idea guys?
