Service request for EAD
I made a service request on the 31 July. I received an email today August 9 saying that my case is currently under review.
However, when I check my status on their website, they said they sent me a response to my request taking longer than normal.
There was also a follow-up message say on August 9, 2019, your inquiry about your case outside of processing time is completed. But my case status has still not changed.
Can anyone advise me as to how long they will take to post a response on the case now that they say it is completed?
Does this mean they approved the case?
