So after my interview on May 2, 2017 at the Federal Plaza. The IO gave me back some documents that I brought stuff like phone bill, credit cards and statements with both my wife and I names on them. Said she had enough documents. However she gave me a paper saying I'll hear from them in 120days...
120 days have now passed so I made a SR, only to receive a letter that they are unable to make a decision about my case so I'll be reschedule for a 2nd interview. All this After 4 months smh. I'm not even worried just upset that they waited this long and to make it even worse the letter said they're unable to give me a interview date at the moment, so there goes another waiting period.
Two important question I would like to ask though:
1. Has anyone here done a 2nd interview and what it was like?
2. Is it really necessary for me to bring a lawyer again? (For the first interview they charged us an arm and a leg and the dude sat there cause he couldn't do anything .)
All response will be appreciated.
