Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hi good people it is more then two weeks 23th December since I applied for my social security card at the Social security office and I didn't receive it today I went to my local office which I applied and they told me that I'm under investigation and that they have to wait to resolve that problem I was surprised today I called USCIS and they told me that my case looks good and i'm not any investigation whether somebody had a similar problem or can somebody give me a solution I was approved for my EAD on 18th December and I put on my i-765 form that they can automatically issue social security card I don't what to do any solution for my case...? thanks in advance and I appreciate it....? I have good job offer...
