Good day everyone My friend Is married to US citizen Igor interview since 2018 didn’t hear from Uscis yet. The problem is that he I requested a travel document and got it wanted to go at the end of this month in his origin country his wife got involved in a crime this days and she end up in jail . The problem is can he got the police report to know the exact charges since he his the husband? Can this affect his travel and the GC process because they still in the process and didn’t hear from Uscis since . Thank you
