Speaking to an agent/representative
It looks like the USCIS have recently changed their automated phone system, and the old trick with pressing # to claim that you don't have access to your receipt number which would lead you to a representative/agent doesn't work anymore. When you say you don't have your receipt number, it now just says "Well go find it, bye." Does anyone know any new ways to get to speak to an actual person when you call them?
