HOW TO APPLY TO BE A SPONSER FOR "NON-FAMILY" ? We have very dear friends in a small European country (Bulgaria) and we want to totally financially sponser them to be able to relocate to America. We are not rich, but we can meet financial stipulations required. We trust this family entirely and will be a bond for them. PROBLEM: We are NOT blood relatives. We are not kindred at all.
