I94 expired in June 2024, but H1B stamp is valid till Oct 2025. How do I fix this?

The i94 on my wife’s i797 has a validity until 2025 Oct and this i797 was issued in 2022.
She entered US in April 2023 and was issued i94 until June 23 2024 , as this was her passport expiry date [which is again June 23 2024].
We didn't realize that this i94 date has been shortened due to passport expiring before the i797 expiry.
We found out this issue today while going through our documents , now if the i94 issued at port of entry is valid [which is June 23 2024 ]and not the i797 one [2025 Oct ], then in that case she has overstayed by 4 months already as its [Oct 25 2024 ] today. Is that the case?
how can we resolve this matter?

Hi guys just want to share my experience before the interview... because visa interview can be a nerve-racking experience if you have no idea what to expect.. what I did is I downloaded the lawfully. this is an app that has a benefits of gaining knowledge for preparation for the interview. There is what they called a mock interview.. A practice interview with knowledgeable in immigration process, so it will help you what to say, and what to do.. and to gain confidence during the interview.. hopefully it will help everyone!

HepB Vaccination Series
For HepB vaccination requirements I already had two doses of BEVAC for a three series HepB vaccine in India, now I am already in the US and due for the third dose this month to complete the series, but the US pharmacies doesn't have the same product available here, can I take any product available in the US such as Engerix-B to complete the third dose, is anyone come across this situation, what is the recommended course of action? Any info is highly appreciated.

Mumbai Interview Biometrics Missing
I attended Consular process interview on 11/24 and due to missing biometric information. They have requested to come back with biometric and us visa slots booked using usavisascheduling.com
However, the booking process is tedious and we are not able to find any slots.
Is there anyway we can contact nvc to get a new slot booked for immigration visa?

Immigrant VISA for Parent HELP!!!
Hi guys I’m new here! Can anyone help me figure this out, if you had similar experience? Okay, so my parent went to his immigrant interview and was given 221g white form to submit birth certificate. Birth certificate was submitted and the immigrant visa unit confirmed that they received the birth certificate and it is processing. When I check the CEAC website to get the status it still shows REFUSED but the case date keeps updating. The date changed about 4x now but it still shows refused.
