I'm thinking to sponsor my spouse

overstayed. I'm lawful permanent resident and would
file for neutralization in October 2023.
As per current visa bulletin,
For F2A, timeline is current which means no waiting
period I believe.
Can I sponsor him now or should I wait ?
If I do, is there any bad situations comes up?
