spouse got approved but not me !
hoping for someone to give me some sense of what is going on !
my wife and I applied for our first i485/i765/i131 and i140 on november 8th. we got our i140 approved in 2 weeks since that was done under premium processing.
on december 13th we both got our biometrics done. however, on december 28th my wife got her EAD and 131 approved and got her card in the mail on January 5th. However for me it just shows that "my fees were waived". She is the dependent on our application.
Since my original work visa (TN) was valid only until december 28th, I can now not work legally until I receive my EAD. Is there anyone else in the same shoe as myself ? My processing center for i765 and i131 is SRC.
