Spouse withdrawal during Naturalization
so just to explain a little bit about my situation. I got married in 2015 to a US citizen. We have been married and living together since then. Like a normal marriage, we have marital problems here and there but all in all we are a family. We have a 1-year-old beautiful girl together. I entered the country under a CR1 Visa and have worked my way up to a 10-year green card. i decided to use the 3-year option to apply for naturalization. I have always provided enough evidence to the USCIS and all my adjustments have gone smoothly. As i was applying, i noticed that there was a mistake with how my taxes were being filed. The guy that we use in Texas was filing us under single for (17,18,19 taxes). I made sure he amends it this year to married but filing separately. At the interview, i passed all questions but the lady interviewing me asked for me to send her the 2020 taxes after amending them. She told me to wait for a letter from her. To my Suprise when i received the letter, i was told my spouse is withdrawing as Shawn in the letter attached. I do not know what she means by marriage fraud. We got married and followed all traditional steps as per custom. She has been kind of abusive but when it came to signing paper work, she always came through for me but this has surprised me a lot. I do not want to be deported for my wife painting me as a fraud when i have been faithfully married to her. i have bills, loans, insurance, bank accounts and other evidence to prove my story but for her to paint me as a fraud is so unfair even after having a child together and spending the whole of my time with her here.
What options do i have? i would really appreciate your honest but professional help.
