Hi everyone, my PD is October 16 with NBC. all I 485 and I 765 both have the same status 'case was updated to show fingerprints were taken '. as if today, for I-765 on the website it shows that they are reviewing the October 18 cases. so i still have case was updated to show fingerpringts were taken status. around two weeks ago I contacted the congressman asked to expedite the case, sent them my job offer as well. but they said that its kinda normal that im waiting since it didnt hit my PD yet. so today I asked them if they can do an inquiry since it passed my PD , and they said they did. i also sent an inqury to Ombutsman and did an inquiry on the website for 'outside of normal processing '. (it said that the answer will be given by July 7)
my question is, if anyone went through this, how long did it take for any of the parties to take action, and have any good results.
