Please has anyone head anything updates from Minnesota field office? It's excruciatingly slow. I am increasingly getting confused by the days. My case was received July 14th, 2016, Head my fingerprint done in August, Received EAD in September, my case has been ready to be scheduled for an interview since August 24th 2016. I have called many times for information without success. Tier 2 person couldn't tell what was going on. Sent in a service request a month ago no response yet. Please your advice will very much appreciated. Thank you
