Hello all
Applied for EAD on 23/10/2017 Marriage based status we did get receipt number after a couple days but after that
we didn't get any thing i read on this page about biometric and I had to go to uscis office near my location
They said I had appointment for biometric on November 16 but I didn't get the letter from them I did my biometric
On January 29,2018 we called to uscis back in December but no body said I missed the biometric appointment I
don't think those officers have full access to the case at all I did two case out of normal time enquiry didn t get any
Reply yet and I did put one on ombudsmen office online 5 days ago in waiting do you guys think the biometric thing
Will delay my EAD card thanks all for nice words and information.
