6/25/18: Expedite Request #1 // due to financial hardship and pending job offer
- RFE: 6/27/18 // faxed and mailed evidence
- Never heard back from them
7/27/18: Expedite Request #2 // Waited for 30 days, called USCIS, they claimed that they never received my evidence.
- RFE: 8/4/18 // faxed TWICE AND mailed evidence to NBC
8/2/18 - Congressman sent expedite request, I submitted with the same evidence. Never heard back from USCIS
8/21/18 - Called USCIS, CS said it is still waiting on me sending the evidence.
8/22/18 - Called twice. Once CS said what makes me think that the center didn't receive my evidence, and said I "should" receive a respond next week, then hung up on me. Then another CS said I need to wait for 30 days. Called Congressman's office, they said there is nothing they can help and "they don't know".
I know everyone who filed from March is still waiting, but this whole process is so frustrating. I got my job offer since April, and there is nothing I can do about it. My job is posting my position for people to fill up, and that is stressing me so much.
