Hey All,
I submitted my I-130 and they received it on June 29. I did received the Notice of Receipt with the priority date and Tracking number. I have been tracking my case but it has been the same update since Day 1. It has been almost 5 months and still no update on the case of I-130.
Any suggestions on what should i do? Should i contact NVC and find out if they got the application or contact I-130? What you guys suggest?
