Submitting I-131 after 485/765
I sent in my application for AOS/EA received Nov 22, 2019. Have now decided to send in the 131 then ask to be expidited for several reasons jncluding travel to see ailing parent.
Should I submit the 131 and wait until received then call and ask for expedite to get the combo card then submit all evidence or send all together with the 131? What I need more urgently is a work permit so I can get a SSN needed for driver's license and healthcare.
