Hi All,
I would like TO thank every one who posted their experiences,which helped me a lot and gave confidence to me.I had been rejected L1B in march this year.
My interview for H1B was at 9.45 AM on 1st Dec 2009 .
After all security checks and regular activities,at VFS Check they gave one leaflet.
i have taken the token.
token number called immediately and i moved to the counter.
I'm the second person in the line and i used this waiting time to read the leaflet provided by VFS so that controlled my tension also.
The guy before me got pink slip and it's my turn for interview.
VO:Hello,GM
Me:GM,How are you doing.
while answering him, i handed over the documents.
VO:Verified the documents and then took my finger prints and
VO:what is your purpose of travel
Me: YYYY YYYY for 2 to 3 minutes i was explaining him about my project and responsibilities
VO:He interrupted me and asked who is your client
Me: YYYY YYYY
VO: what is your educational qualification
Me:I did my masters form YYYY YYYY X
VO:which discipline
Me: YYYY YYYY X
VO:Have you read the booklet provided by VFS
Me:I read it and it's about our rights in US
VO: then the golden words came,I have approve your visa, you will get your passport in couple of days
Me:Thank you sir and have a nice day
That's it and he didn't ask any singel document from me even though i carried all the required documents.
Be confident and speak loudly and clearly with confidence.
He didn't ask me about my earlier L1B rejection but i have prepared to answer that also.
