H1B, H4 Visa

Hi everybody,

First of all thanks to everyone who posted their experience on this site. Which really helps me to get the visa. My interviw was:

VO: Good Morning Sir,
me: Good Morning ma'am

VO: How are you?
me: I am fine, how are you?
VO: Fine Sir.

VO: Why you leave your current job?
me: US Company provides better opportunities, better pay package and international exposure.

VO: Give me the company documents.
me: I was taking one-two docs from my folder and in between she told me everything from the company.
me: I gave every docs. like offer letter, letter addressed to us consulate (mumbai), photographs of the company(interior-exterior), IT Return of the company. Contract between the company and the client. Letter of my duties in the company, H-Classification, LCA copy, project description and the market analysis.

VO: Do you have the w2 forms of the employers?
me: Ma'am, these only I have with me that what my employer gave to me. Then she said OK.....

VO: How many employees in the company?
me: 12-14.

VO: How can you prove that the company is genuine?
me: I just trust them and if anything goes wrong there, I will go to Labour Department in USA.

VO: Where is your wife?
me: She is not here. She is at home and not coming.

VO: Why?
me: I just got the baby gal and she is only 2 months old. So she is not with me.

VO: (with smile) U are a bad guy. U r not taking your wife with u. (by the time she was ready to issue me a visa.

VO: Ok sir, I just wanna tell you, if your company doesnt pay you the salary, go to Labour Dept. of USA.

VO: Thank you Sir, with smile..............
me: Hunnnnnnhhhhhhh, thank you ma'am.

I just wanna tell you ppl to be cool and calm and be very positive with your answer. Dont tell any lie to them. Maintain eye2eye contact and you will be through. They are really good ppl and want to issue the visa.
