H1B, H4 Visa

Hello All,

I have been the regular visitor of this web sites since march 2007.
My H1B visa has been granted by US consulate and I have received my passport with stamped as well on next day. In fact, my visa interview was on 18th of this month.Thank you very much for who have dumped their experiences in this website. My interview was like short 'n' sweet style, everything finished in 20 minutes. I had entered into the US consulate at around 12:05pm and come out at 12.25 pm. It was awesome experience. Visa Officer had not asked me any documents other than B.Tech original degree.

I was asked following questions
Me: Good morning sir (don't know exact time at the moment since my interview time around 12:03)
VO: Good morning
VO: are you going to work in YYYY ?
Me: Yes
VO: Are you B.Tech in Electronics?
Me: yes
VO: How do you know about this company?
Me: One of my friend working over there.
VO: How many employees are there in YYYY (US company)?
Me: 90 employees and it has been established in 1993
VO: experience in current company?
Me: 22 months (total 5+ years)
VO: What is the Project?
Me: Middleware development for xxx and xxx technologies ( at the same time I had shown client letter, but it was not asked by VO).
VO: Show me your B.Tech OD certificate....
me: Given B.tech OD and VO had seen it from top to bottom once and then given back to me.

VO was typing something on the computer for five minutes and meanwhile looking at DS-156 and DS-157.
after 5 minites.......VO told me that issuing my visa.
Me: Thank you very much

my suggestions:
wear formals(no need to wear tie)
Be confident
answer to the question
that's it, sure you will get visa............
