Successfully cleared H1B interview
Thanks for immihelp, I was well prepared to take up the interview with more confidence after reading others experience thru this site, so thought of adding mine too for the benefit of other visa seekers. So here it goes ...
My actual interview date was on Jan 20th but due to overbooking of appointments it was postponed to Feb 24th.
My interview slot was between 10am-12pm and i reached the consulate by 9.15am. There was already a big "Q" outside the consulate as most of them had come for rescheduled appointment. At around 11am i was able to enter the consulate.
Finally my interview took place at around 4pm and below is my conversation.

Me: Good evening sir.
Officer: Good evening.
Officer: How many years of total IT exp u have.
Me: XX years sir.
Officer: How long u have been working in current company.
Me: XX months sir.
Officer: Can i see ur original degree certificate
Me: sure sir. (Gave the list to him)
Officer: Can i see ur previous experience letters.
Me : Sure sir. (Gave a bunch of them :-) )
Officer: Which project/client u will be working on.
Me: Handed over the project details the employer had sent me.
Officer : (At this point he took out a form from his desk and i thought it must be 221 form but pointing it towards me)
There are too many frauds happening with H1B employers. Please follow the guidelines mentioned in this form to file a case against ur employer if he does not pay you the agreed salary.
Me: OK (I took the form)
Officer: I have issued the visa. Happy journey to US. Go and pay the fee.
Me: Thank you sir.

I was out of the consulate at 4.30. There was lot of crowd at the consulate and very few counters opened (as they were busy with Bush's India visit preparation) and also an hour long meeting in between.
