This is Sree from Detroit.I have some doubts regarding H4.
I am a H1 holder & I came here from India four days back.One consultant company has processed my H1.Now am on the bench period.I don't know how many months it happens here to get a job.
I want to send the H4 papers to my Spouce & kid.And we are epecting another kid in seven months. If she gets her H4, for her accommodation there is no problem she will stay with her brother who is staying in New Jerseey.
Is this possible to call my wife & kid in 3 months.Please let me know all the possibilities & what problems they may face to get stamp H4 Visa.
