Hello everyone I need some help if some body knows about it plZ tell me if some body did that procedure before I recently got neutralization certificate with new last name change court order and I want to know how to change my last name on my child birth certificate . I called Them they email me application and they said you have to send us original documents to proof that ur last name is change and they said they will not return back original documents bcz they have to keep that in file . My question is how can I send them my original neutralization certificate with name change court order . They said they don’t accept copies . If every one has same experience plz let me know plxxx
