Adjustment of Status - I-485

I had my interview last week Wednesday 09/30 in Manhattan. IO was a young African American lady. She didn’t smile not friendly at all but wasn’t rude so it didn’t give us a good vibe. Before the interview she asked if we had anything to talk to her about or any question, I told her I made a mistake on my I-485, I told her I did work without authorization. She made notes of it and she asked me how long I worked without authorization. I said 5 years. She asked my husband a tons of questions, 2 questions I think he got mixed up with dates because he started to get nervous. It was one after the other after the other. She didn’t give me any white paper after the interview, she didn’t give us any sign also.
On Thursday night, one day after the interview I got an email that my case must be reviewed. Today, 10/05 I got 2 letters from uscis that both I-130 and I-485 are approved and now as I’m writing this review I get an email from uscis that my card is already picked up and I should receive it in 5 to 7 days. THANK GOD!!!
I was very sad when the IO didn’t approve me after my interview but now I’m so happy.
