Tax amendment
Hi All,
I am a silent reader,
we have done our interview 6 months ago, interview went well almost 1 hour, at the end IO said if we approve your case you will be receiving GC in 2 weeks and before 3 months GC expires you have to apply extension or if we need any additional documents we will send a notice. After that nothing from them but I have received my combo cards.
I need some suggestion now for this, we wanted to apply tax return separately due to my wife has big debts and I am doing job for cash so I dont have w2 so I will go with as self employed.
So one of my friend said we can apply tax return separately and then we can do "tax amendment" of both.
How much it is going to helped me if IO asks me interview? please suggest me.
is anyone got approval after long time waiting without interview?
