Hey guys,
Has anyone ever requested TAX RETURN EXTENSION due to pending AOS?
I got married to USC in Dec 2019 and filed for AOS in Jan 2020. Currently waiting for my EAD, SSN, and Green card. My spouse can't file her taxes as I don't have SSN and cannot apply for ITIN (as I'm eligible for SSN).
What would you suggest to do? File for extension or something else?
