This is my case so far
Visa B-2 expired since 2015
Married to USC 2015
Filled March 11 2017 forms I-130, I-485 without I-693 and I-765 send to USCIS Chicago Lockbox from Dallas,TX
PD:March 14 2017
Email and Text : March 22 and cash out March 23
NOA I-130, I-485 received in mailbox: March 27
Filled EAD I-765 March 28 with NOA I-485
I-765 PD: March 30th
April 4th: I-485 updated (Request for initial evidence was mailed to me)
Bio notice: April 7th
Bio appt: April 17th
Now I'm waiting for the RFE letter and my EAD notice.
Is that gonna be a problem if I do an early walk in? Please let me know. Thanks!
