Visitors Insurance

We bought medical insurance for HCCMIS through Insubuy for my parents, visiting here last year. My dad has a history of cancer, but has been in remission for 2 years. When they visited, he had to be hospitalized with high fever and chills and it appeared to be a bad infection. HCCMIS denied all claims saying that the condition is pre-existing. She was always courteous, even when delivering bad news, and so prompt at every stage of communication. With her help repeated follow-ups, HCCMIS finally paid out all the claims!
