This process is stressing me out
Hey guys,
hopefully you guys respond and share the same situation pls.
hope that everyone is doing well.
I am going to share my experience with you guys so you can give me some advice i'm hopping. I came to the U.S with a student visa, and i stayed in Boston for a little while then moved to Atlanta. anyway, i married my wife earlier this year in June. On August 30th I sent off my package to USCIS office in Phoenix AZ. I sent off the forms I-130 I-485 I-765 I-131 and some documents to prove that i am my son's father. Strangely the office in Phoenix sent me the package back on September 15th with a letter stating that I sent the package to a wrong mailing address, even though the of ladies from USCIS gave me that address. but, my wife and her mother resent the package to Chicago on September 17th of 2016. On Monday September 19th they received the package and posted it on myUSCIS website. So couple days went on, and on October 4h we got four notice letters with receipt numbers. On October 7th we got a notice saying that they have scheduled the biometrics appointment for October 18th at 1;00 PM in Atlanta. The day after my biometrics appointment I checked my status online and it said We mailed a request for initial evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status. On October 28th my family got a notice on the mailbox saying they requested for Initial Evidences like my original birth certificate and my wife's tax return. So came as quickly as I could from Houston where I was getting some stuff from my consulate and we sent off what they asked on the 29th of October, and the USCIS supporting Center got the evidences on November 2nd of the current year. So the month of November went on.November 28th checked myUSCIS status online and it says: As of November 28, 2016, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Adjust Status, for an interview. We will schedule your interview and send you a notice. As I have been noticing they only changed something on the I-485, and the other applications like I-130 I-765 I-131never changed their status since September 30th. My question is, how long does it take for them to schedule an interview ?? and why haven't these applications I-130 I-765 I-131 changed the status ?? I would appreciate it if you guys give me some help please.

Stay warm,
Rei,
