just want to share my experience with tier 2
yesterday moring
tier 1 transferred my called to tier 2
after 3 hours they called me back
i never got my letter for initial evidence
tier 2 lady told me she can fax it for me
i didn’t have a fax number she told me to call back when i get one
after an hour i called tier 1 again to get transferred to tier 2
after 8 hours tier 2 called me back ( it was 8:30pm eastern time )
tier 2 representatives told he that he cant fax it because is only been 2 weeks i need to wait a months in order for him to be able to fax me a copy of my letter
he couldn’t email either
so i decided to call again this morning and play stupid and try to get my letter fax to me like the first tier 2 representative told me
after 3 hours i got my called back the tier 2 representative was very nice and he actually email the letter to me something that the other 2 tier 2 representative told me it was impossible to do
please call back as many times and talk to different tier 2 representatives someone might be able to help even if you have to call a lot of times
