Tier 2 officer
Still waiting for my i765 to be reviewed. I called USCIS and asked to let me speak with a Tier 2 officer.
After waiting for many hours, I finally spoke with the officer, but what she knows about my case was almost as much as what information officers (normal USCIS representatives that we catch on the phone first). So I didn't learn anything new.
Why do some of you bother to call Tier2 officers? Should I have requested her to do something for my case..?
