USCIS cashed my check on June 17 2015.
I got my combo card in the mail on October 1 2015.
As of today I have had no updates on my case(family based). Today I created service request, they told me to wait 15 to 30 days.
It appears to me that everybody who sent their papers in the spring and summer of 2015 is experiencing delays. Everybody who sent their papers in the fall of 2015 already getting their interview scheduled. Why am I so unlucky?
PS. I am from Brooklyn, NY.
