03/31/2020 - Biometrics appointment. Canceled due to COVID-19.
I submitted 2 service requests in September and November regarding biometrics appointment, but I did not receive any response. I contacted the USCIS again and they scheduled a phone call with a tier 2 officer.
11/20/2020 - Received a phone call from a tier 2 officer regarding the biometrics appointment. He basically said to wait, but one day later (on Saturday!) my biometrics appointment was rescheduled.
11/25/2020 - Received email (it was a service request inquiry email) with biometrics date and time.
11/27/2020 - Received biometrics appointment letter.
12/17/2020 - Biometrics appointment done.
01/13/2021 - Interview scheduled.
01/19/2021 - Received interview letter. It's scheduled in the beginning of March.
01/22/2021 - EAD approved.
01/28/2021 - Received EAD via mail.
02/03/2021 - Received SSN via mail.
