Hi guys,
I keep reading all posts here to keep myself updated with the processing time. I applied 485 (EAD, AP too) under F2A category just 2 weeks ago. USCIS received my package on 20Jan. Currently on H1B until July and I need EAD by then as I think my H1B might not extend beyond that.
Should I be worried about the timelines? Is 75 days timelines a standard one ?
Having that said is it fair to expect to receive EAD by end of April2017?
In what circumstances can i put in a request to expedite and what is the procedure?
